4 lemons, squeezed
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup flour, all purpose

Crust:
2 cups flour, all purpose
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix together crust ingredients and press into casserole dish. (If you want to make tarts, you can use muffin pans, but that's something I haven't tried yet. If you do so, bake the crust for 10 minutes before adding the filling)
- Mix together filling and pour over the crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool and settle (about 1-2 hours) before cutting. Refrigerating the lemon bars will make them solid and the crust harder.
